*Link to Spotify Sensual Playlist ~ use this during the class to set the tone for the evening.

*Pre-event list of supplies needed to get the most out of the class.

The event:

*Set the stage ~ we will do a sweet and simple practice to heighten the atmosphere by getting clear on what each of you hopes to receive during this time together.

*Sensual Partner Yoga ~ enjoy this simple, sensual and bonding ALL LEVELS sequence that creates attunement between your two bodies.

*Tender Chakra Massage ~ each partner will have an opportunity to give and receive this massage. It allows the body to go into a deep state of opening and relaxation that can make way for luscious connection and sensuality when it's complete.

*Invitation for love... once both partners complete the massage, I will offer some sweet ways that you can begin to engage in a more sexual exploration that honors the quality of the space you have created together.

*I encourage you to leave extra time after the class is over to have time for sensual/sexual play that emerges out of this deep state of connection and relaxation.

*While the sensual massage does not include any explicit sexual contact, I will ask everyone to turn off your personal cameras
so that you can have privacy and total immersion during
your experience.*
